Lady of the Lake - Quilt Top Kit

The Lady of the Lake Quilt Kit is a beautiful celebration of traditional patchwork and the timeless elegance of Dutch chintz fabrics.

Designed by Petra Prins, this classic quilt features a dynamic arrangement of triangular piecing that allows each fabric to shine. The design creates movement and depth while showcasing the rich florals and intricate motifs that define historic chintz textiles.

For this special kit, we have curated a stunning bundle of 18 Dutch Heritage chintz fabrics, many of which are now out of print from our collection. These prints reflect the beauty of 17th- and 18th-century Dutch chintzes—flowing florals, exotic vines, and vibrant color palettes that were once prized across Europe.

This pattern is wonderfully versatile and can be completed either by hand or machine, making it an enjoyable and accessible project for a variety of skill levels.

The finished quilt measures 46¼” x 56¼”, a perfect size for a lap quilt, wall hanging, or heirloom piece.
