This beautiful new fat quarter bundle features 14 Depression-era inspired solid cottons curated by Darlene Zimmerman, whose work has helped define the look and feel of classic 1930s reproduction quilting.

The palette is soft, cheerful, and perfectly balanced—dusty lavenders, gentle blues, seafoam and aqua, grassy greens, buttery yellows, peach, orange, coral, and rosy pinks. These are the kinds of colors that quietly glow in antique quilts and play beautifully with printed feedsack-style fabrics.

Darlene is widely known for her beloved 1930s reproduction “Granny” fabric lines, designed over the past several years in collaboration with Chanteclaire Fabrics. As a designer, quilter, and textile historian, she draws inspiration from her extensive personal collection of vintage quilts and fabrics, translating those authentic hues into modern, usable cottons.
