An online source of cotton reproduction fabric for costuming and quilting.
Pastels were the rage of this era. Post WWI American textile chemists began to print those wonderful pastels! The women loved the clear taffy pinks, Dresden blues and lavenders. Early in the century...there was a selection of mid tone pastel solids available with just a few prints. Germany had to give up their textile dye formulas as part of War Reparations following WWI. American textile chemists used them to give us a wide selection of pastel prints. First feed sack printed in 1937 by Percy Kent Company.
