We’re Kicking Off Our 2026 Strippy Quilt BOM This Week!

Dear Reproduction Fabric Friends,

We’re excited to share that our 2026 Strippy Quilt Block of the Month is officially kicking off this week! If you’ve been thinking about joining, now is the perfect time—there are still a few spots available in each of our beautiful chintz colorways.

This six-month BOM celebrates the tradition of late-18th-century pieced strippy quilts, reimagined for America’s upcoming 250th anniversary. We’ll be stitching with some truly wonderful new fabrics, and we can’t wait to start sharing them with our program members.

Later this month, we’ll also be launching our Textile Journey to the Semiquincentennial—a quarterly subscription exploring textile history from 1600–1800, complete with reproduction fabrics and original historical essays. Together, these programs mark the beginning of a very special year of stitching, learning, and celebrating early American textile history.

We’re so excited to get our 250-year anniversary programs underway and to quilt along with you in 2026. If either program has been on your wish list, we’d love to have you join us.

To celebrate Margo Krager’s 45th year in the fabric business, we’ve added a special selection of fabrics she designed over the years—pulled directly from Margo’s own stash. These are out-of-print gems, many long unavailable, representing some of Margo’s most beloved historical reproduction lines. Each fabric reflects her decades of research into antique textiles, drawing inspiration from original 18th- and 19th-century sources, including rare sample books and period documents.

Warmly,
Margo
