Reproduction Fabrics – Antique Quilts from Julie Idzorek’s Collection
We’re honored to share a special new offering at Reproduction Fabrics—antique quilts from the personal collection of award-winning quilter and beloved friend, Julie Idzorek.
Julie completed over 100 quilts during her lifetime and was a dedicated collector of antique quilts, building a remarkable archive of more than 70 pieces. Her collection includes a wide range of styles and time periods, from 1890s Log Cabins to 1930s appliqué designs, all reflecting her deep love of fabric history and craftsmanship.
We are working closely with her husband, Ed, to thoughtfully rehome these quilts with people who will appreciate their beauty, character, and legacy.
Margo Krager has personally reviewed each quilt and recorded a short video highlighting its unique features and the historical context of its fabrics and construction.
The first five quilts are now available for purchase. More will be released over the coming months.
We invite you to browse the collection and discover these one-of-a-kind pieces of quilting history.

One of my favorites:
This stunning 8 Pointed Star 9-Patch quilt dates back to circa 1850, showcasing a beautiful combination of prints popular during the mid-19th century. Measuring 76" x 91", it features intricate blocks of 8-pointed stars surrounded by 9-patch squares, creating a striking visual contrast.
